We produce this cake with the base two tiers in fruit for
support. However, you could have the middle tier on
display as a dummy tier and a plain iced sponge or
chocolate tier in the kitchen ready to cut up (£20 extra)
The top can be either:
fruit,
sponge with jam & buttercream
or chocolate with chocolate buttercream
You can order the cake as a one, two or three tier cake.
