Do you have a favourite photograph you would like
transformed into a pencil portrait?

It could be a daughter of your child, or a favourite snap
from your wedding, or a treasured small photo from many
years ago.

Portraits are A4 sized  and drawn in Graphite.  They are
also unframed (due to the difficult in posting glass).  

To display the whole of your portrait for the photo real
pieces, we recommend an A4 certificate frame.  
Alternatively, an 11" x 14" frame and a mount make a
larger gift.  Your local supermarket has very attractive and
reasonably priced frames.

Reference Pics

This can  be from 6" x 4" size upwards.  The main
requirement is that it is clear and in focus and not dark.  If
sent by email, the higher the resolution the better.

The more detail required in the portrait, the higher
resolution the reference pic would need to be.

Completion Times

This depends entirely on the amount of work already on the
job sheet.  (Not all will be listed on this site - gift
commissions are not listed here  to avoid spoiling any
surprises.)

Cake Company, commissions are
limited.

Terms

Advertised prices are subject to
change, but once a quote is given,
it will not change unless the order
changes.



NB Once a portrait is started, the
reference picture cannot be
changed or any other
items/people added to or
subtracted from the work.

Payments

Once you have received a final
proof and approved, you may
pay using the Paypal button with
a credit or debit card.

You may also pay by bank
transfer.
Please ring for the details.
I would like you to receive your portrait two weeks
before the celebration date (unless otherwise arranged)
1.     Email with your requirements for a quote, along with   
    the celebration date if the commission is to be a gift.

2.     I will email back a quote an estimated time frame
    (This also depends on the cakes we have on order).

3.     You fill in the order form on this page and pay the 50%
     deposit. Either with the paypal button or by popping
     the order form and a cheque in the post.

4.     When your portrait is finished, I will email a small  
     version for approval.

5.     You approve portrait and pay final balance in full

6.     When payment received/cleared I post your portrait
    and email you to say that it has been posted.

We have the same order form in a number
of formats as we understand there can be
compatability issues with computers.
Postage
For British Mainland, Recorded Delivery  ( signed for
postage) is charged at cost.  This is £5.
International orders will require a new quote.
