square board and a box, 2 kg of sugarpaste icing etc
and we provide an equipment list.

Learn to carve the cake, cover with icing and add all
the details to make a designer handbag

Suitable for any level, but more complicated cakes
can be created by those with a little experience
Students handbags from a previous
course.
Beginners Cake icing £50

Bring your own equipment, we will provide a list.
Bring your own 6" r/sq sponge cake, 2 kg icing, 10" r/sq. board
and box,  buttercream, colourings etc

Suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to improve their
cake covering
You will split and fill and ice your cake then decorate using
cutters; crimpers; embosser; moulds to produce your cake.
