What to expect?
* Displays of cakes
* Taster Samples
* Photograph Albums to view
* Internet access if required
* A 30 min consultation

What to bring?
* If you have already seen the cake you like on our website, print out a pic or write down the
title and web page you found it on
(We prefer not to work from other peoples cakes, please ring us before coming if you have set
your heart on this, we may have already produced something similar in the past)
* Colour or Fabric Swatches (or paint colour sheet with matching colour)
* Outfit descriptions or photos if requiring modelled figures
* Flower choices - Variety/colour - Florist name & Tel. No.
* If you would like to book on the day, all details for wedding: times,
address of venue, contact names

What about payment?
On the day, if you are a brand new customer and your wedding is over a year away or you can't
decide, don't worry. We offer a Date Reservation Scheme. £75 will secure your date of
wedding (and delivery if applicable).
We can then organise another date for you to come back.

If you have chosen, then we make up your payment to 50% of the total cost (minus any date
reservation deposit you my have already paid).

We can accept cash (There are various cash points nearby in Pontypridd town centre) or
cheques.
If you would prefer to pay by credit card, we do not currently have facilities at the studio, but
you could pay with your card via the paypal button on the website.

What happens Next?
If you have given us all the information, then all you have to do is send the final balance by one
month before, and either ring to organise a collection time, or we will ring your venue the week
of your wedding and organise your delivery times if you have booked delivery.

If you have to give us any information eg Outfits/flowers, make sure we have them by one
month before.

Final design choices like colour and cake flavour choices must be finalised by at least 6 weeks
before the wedding.

Actual cake designs must be chosen by 6 months before.

Booking your Cake

Cakes can be booked entirely through Email post or phone 07872 037832 Use our help pages
to answer your queries, including Availability, then download the order form, print, complete
and return with the 50% full deposit

(If your wedding is over a year away, or if availability is limited for your date, we also run a £75
Provisional Booking Service click here for the page, if you are unsure of the design but
would like to reserve your date with Dragons and Daffodils Cakes. Please return forms quickly
as availability changes frequently).
Weddings should be booked 6 months before the date to ensure there is time to have a design
consulation.
We are now able to accept paypal payments on the website and card payments over the
phone at the studio.
