Ingredients and Equipment
The ingredients are included in the cost of the in person class and the tools will be available for you to use during the lesson.

Wednesday Evening 7-9:30pm. Pick and Mix Subjects 3 weeks All Inclusive Class £75 **FULL**

Would you like to learn a range of skills to decorate your cakes? We will be having a lovely mixed subject class this term for three weeks which will give you a great introduction to different styles of sugarcraft.

Week 1 19th April - An adorable sleeping deer cake topper using my own modelling method which we complete with dust colours that you can choose to be delicate and pale or a richer colour to personalise.
Week 2 26th April - Sculpted mini hedgehog using rice cereal treats, sugarpaste icing and adding colour to finish
Week 3 17th May - Piped floral cupcakes. Learn to pipe a beautiful box of cupcakes with different designs using different piping tips/nozzles and buttercream. I will share my tips on using buttercream.

Sugar flowers are always popular but learning how to wire them into a beautiful arrangement makes such a difference.
This class is perfect if you are new to flowers and would like to learn how to make the flowers then create a feature arrangement that you can add to your cakes that is sure to wow.
All the ingredients and equipment are available for you to use. All you need to bring is your apron.
(please note the dates in the schedule due to other teaching commitments)
You do not have to bring anything for class other than an apron, all ingredients and equipment will be provided. You will take home what you make.
Week 1 - 7th June - Peony - Learn how to work with flower paste to make a beautiful centrepiece flower whether you have made sugar flowers before or not.
Week 2 - 28th June - Peony and Twisted Willow - We will complete our peony and begin the twisted willow which adds a beautiful airy delicate framework to our arrangement.
Week 3 - 5th July - Blossoms - Pretty blossoms fill the spaces and add pops of colour
Week 4 - 12th July - Arranging the flowers - This is what turns a simple cake into a stunning centrepiece. Here I share my knowledge gained over decades of creating wedding cakes to create an elegant arrangement that would grace both a single or multi-tiered cake and how to fix it to the cake.
