Service Description

Come along to the school for three evenings and learn a fab selection of techniques to upskill your cakes This class is suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their existing skills or learn new. No need to bring anything except an apron, All the ingredients and equipment you need will be available for you to use and together we will create: *Deer Model First we will create an adorable sleeping deer with my special all-in-one technique, learning to add colour for realism. * Hedgehog Next, back by popular demand, we will use Rice cereal treats to create a super cute hedgehog which could easily translate to a full cake design whether using cupcakes or a large scale cake. * Piped Floral Cupcakes Finally, we learn how to use a variety of piping nozzles (or tips.....depending what magazines you read or online videos you have watched) to create a beautiful box of cupcakes. The perfect way to finish the batch of sessions. Please note the dates of the three sessions Week 1 Wednesday 19th April Week 2 Wednesday 26th April Week 3 Wednesday 17th May This is an all inclusive class so the ingredients and equipment will be there for you to use during the class. You will take home what you make. All classes are on a Wednesday evening and run 7-9:30pm.
