I have been demonstrating and teaching for nearly a quarter of a century.

It is an absolute joy for me, and as well as leaving the class with new knowledge and skills, I work hard to provide you with a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

 

I am available for both in person and online demonstrations and cake decorating classes.  I am an accredited demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild..

My classes are available in a variety of subjects including:

• Modelled figures from beginners to advanced and can include wire armatures;

• Flowers in sugar, wafer paper or air drying clay; 

• Cake or rice cereal treat sculptures with or without armatures;

• Chocolate work (subject to appropriate facilities).

• Bilingual classes available in English and Welsh.
