Saturday Day class  - Welsh Green Dragon

Have you ever wanted the chance to bring a dragon to life?
 
During this one day class, you will learn how to sculpt a green dragon on an armature suitable as a display or can be used as a topper for a tiered cake.
 
Using the image of Rhianydd's dragon as a starting point, you will be provided with a handmade armature as the framework for your dragon,  along with templates and instructions to support your learning on the day. 
 
With Rhianydd's guidance, you will make a winged dragon, learning about form, texture, colouring and how to add details using edible materials.
 
This class is suitable for all levels and each finished work will be different, that is the beauty of edible art.
 
The speed you work will determine how much detail you add on the day, however, you will take home your remaining modelling paste to continue to add details in your own time.
 
Please note, we will not be decorating the cake board to allow us more time to work on our dragons.  However, the board will have a simple covering for your finished effect which you can continue to add to.
 
Practice is the most important part when learning Sugarcraft skills, so during the class, Rhianydd will talk about types of ingredients, modelling tools and sugarcraft equipment, where you can buy them, and....... as you keep the dragon and the armature, you can even take it apart and practice at home as often as you wish.

Payment in full secures your place on the class.

In the event that the class is cancelled, you will be offered the option to transfer to another class or a full refund.
