Rhianydd set up Dragons and Daffodils Cakes in South Wales in 1999, turning her love of all things cake and sugarcraft into a multi award-winning business.
She is an experienced tutor, teaching both at her school and around the world.
An obsession for woodland and whimsical and 20 years of writing for magazines led to her first book "Cyril's Cake Adventure" in 2019 and then to joining the team to create the sugar wild flowers for Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee Cake gifted by Pladis McVities.
